Request nameserver and chrony ntp sources parameter in config

This is a very nice project! We really love it and want to get involved more!

We where testing the latest changes to this repo and came across some problems:

We where not able to resolve any dns records from the LibreSdr. It turns out that the DNS/Name server is fixed in code to 8.8.8.8 and the google nameservers are blocked on our enterprise network.

We have our local chrony ntp server with GPS and PPS. In the code the sources are fixed.

It might be a nice addition to add the above two parameters to the config file so they can be modified.
