Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to FAB > Start chat.
3. Click Add to group next to a few members.
4. Click Next.
5. Upload a group avatar on the confirmation page.
6. Click RHP back button.
7. Add another member to the group.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Start group.

Expected Result:

The group chat avatar uploaded in Step 5 will not disappear.

Actual Result:

The group chat avatar uploaded in Step 5 disappears.
