1. For the AMRWind-openfast coupling simulation, if the timestep (dt) of amrwind is larger than that of the openfast, Which step of amrwind wind speed information does openfast use before amrwind reach the next time step?

For example, dt = 0.1 s for amrwind, and dt = 0.01 s for openfast
At t=1.01~1.09 s, the wind speed in openfast is equal to the wind speed that amr-wind send to openfast at t = 1 s?
At t = 1.1 s, does openfast used the wind speed of amrwind in t =1 s or 1.1 s?

2. Does openfast run first or amrwind run first in the coupled simulation? Which software leads the coupling simulation?
