We currently use amazon S3 for candidate photo uploads, should switch to Azure blob storage. After its set up in azure we'll need to add the npm module and update the controllers.

It would be nice to try https://min.io/docs/minio/kubernetes/upstream/ instead of Azure's blob storage, because MinIO works on all clouds, so we will have the same setup for Azure as AWS. And it's open source and self-hosty and all of that good stuff.
