Save workshop balances from last semester

We should display: leftover balance from last 2(?) semesters | assigned calculated balance | total balance (sum of the previous 2) | used balance | remaining total balance + the input field for the checkout admin (make sure it can only subtract positive amount)

At least check what happens if we want to add money from last semester for the workshops.
