Reminder mail about internet access expiration date

We've got this feature request in a mail and I found it a good idea:)

A collegist would get a mail that they should pay the registration fee to relevant people; a tenant would only be asked to reach out to the admins. This way, tenants would realize earlier that they need to talk to us, and they would not be cut off suddenly. And it would be beneficial to collegists too:D

What do you think? It's not urgent at all; I just open this so that the idea won't get lost.
