Getting This error when generating speech

I'm a noob in this line of stuff, thanks for your understanding.
I've seen a post about the same error but the solution there didn't work for me.



I installed the portable version for windows. The solution on the other post is telling to install requirements.txt in venv but there is no venv and the requirements should've been installed when I ran the cmd so I've got no idea as to what to do. I installed the 1.5 model and tokenizer. I also tried reinstalling the model a few times trough the windows version as well but to no avail.
