Reminder notifications aren't sent if not scheduled on the calendar screen

Describe the bug
Notifications are only scheduled on the calendar screen. If the user changes them on the settings, that is not reflected up until they change the calendar.

To Reproduce
On a fresh install:
Before touching the Days Before Reminder setting, input example data into the calendar such that a period will be predicted in the next few days
Then change Days Before Reminder to the value when the predicted period will happen.
The reminder won't be sent out.
(If you remove a period date and re-add it, then the reminder will be sent)

Expected behavior
The notification should be scheduled from both the calendar and the settings so the user gets the notification when they asked for it.
