Get "FileExistsError" after re-launching the script following a crash related to MD5 hash checks

I can't seem to run this properly as it keeps crashing.  It initially started with an MD5 check error which caused the crash.  Now, I cannot run it again as I receive errors relating to the file already existing when I run the script again (avoiding to re-download something that's already been downloaded).
