Summary of chromosome equivalence and flipping

There should be a summary outputted to results that summarises the chromosome pairs that were detected, plus where the whole chromosome needs to be flipped in order for the two chromosomes to be in better alignment

This is already printed in https://github.com/Eco-Flow/synteny/blob/main/bin/syntenous_chromosomes.pl

We just need to parse out all the info to a results publishDir
