This is just a courtesy message to let those watching the project know that I'm currently working on a massive refactor of the project to improve it in numerous ways (including hopefully fixing the installer issues). The current version will be deprecated once I've finished. Keep an eye out for "2.0.0".

Project Status Update - January 2025

🎉 Major Progress Update: The massive refactor mentioned in this issue is now substantially complete!

• Clean Architecture Migration: Full implementation with Domain-Driven Design
• GitHub Issues orchestrator_plan_task: MockTask JSON serialization error in responses #46-50: Comprehensive compatibility fixes (PR #45)
• Multi-Agent Coordination: Working orchestrator with role-based specialists
• Database Stability: Resource management and connection handling fixed
• MCP Integration: Complete compatibility layer for legacy/modern systems

🚀 Current Status

• Core Orchestrator: ✅ Fully operational with Clean Architecture
• Task Management: ✅ All CRUD operations working (create, update, delete, cancel, query)
• Multi-Agent Workflows: ✅ Tested with 6-agent coordinated development
• Database Persistence: ✅ Stable with proper resource cleanup
• MCP Protocol: ✅ Full compatibility with Claude Desktop, Cursor, etc.

🔄 Upcoming: Vespera Scriptorium Transition

Planning the transition to Vespera Scriptorium organization with:

• Repository rename and migration strategy
• Release cleanup (proper semver from current development state)
• Community communication about the transition
• Long-term roadmap alignment with Atelier ecosystem

The "2.0.0" mentioned in the original post is effectively ready - we're now planning the best way to formalize the release and handle the organizational transition.

For current users: The orchestrator is now stable and ready for production use! 🎊
