start and end don't work properly

Dear Guillaume,

When running nctxck with --start and --end, the nctime command doesn't detect the dates and checks all the files in the directory. The command I used is the next one:
nctxck -i $dir_nctime $dir_to_check --start 20140116 --end 20141216
