Question about scaling factor used and what is the order to run the code? #2

Hello,
I have read your paper and it is very interesting and I'd like to congratulate you on the great accomplishment in field of remote sensing but I have some questions:
First, I couldn't figure out what is the scaling factor used in upsampling as HR are of resolution of 4.77 m and LR are of resolution 10 m.
Second, What is the order of notebooks (in notebook folder) that I have to follow to understand data and preprocessing?
Finally, which file should I start to run to train model (main file)?
I am looking forward to hearing from you to help me understand the sequences of code and the scale used in SR process.
