RichText.Clear method causes issue where new rich text is not applied.

The following code makes cell.RichText collection stay empty when working with richText. This is caused by Clear().

            var richText = cell.RichText;
            cell.RichText.Clear();
            cell.Value = text;
            richText = cell.RichText;
