I think every major vanilla biome other than jungle has its trees overhauled. There are a few new biomes, there are at most 3 tree types in each overhauled vanilla and new biome. Not all biomes have totally unique trees, some share types like the old growth birch and rainforest using birch trees from the birch forest and forest.

In total, probably around 30 tree types in 27 biomes. There isn't a comprehensive list, but the gallery shows a good amount, if not all, of the biomes and trees added in a visual representation.
