[FEATURE] Improve Dev Environment with Docker

Description

We already have a Docker Compose file that sets up a MongoDB database for devs who don’t have MongoDB installed. We can improve this by making it run the whole app.

Tasks:

• Create a Dockerfile for both frontend and backend
• Run the frontend and backend from the Dockerfile
• Make the backend depend on the MongoDB service so it connects properly

Sry bro! This is my first time contributing to open source. And about the issue I did try npm install first, i even got the local sever running -> when i clicked it i got the error in logs, should i change the .json file or what action should i take next?
