[FEATURE] Enable sending GIFS

Description

It would be great to have the option to send GIFs. This would allow users to express themselves more in addition to using text and emojis.

IMPLEMENTATION

The idea is to have a GIF picker just like the current emoji picker we already have, that allows users to pick GIFs while chatting.
