fix: made cross origin anonymous so domtoimg can render output div (#346)

fix(index.html): made cross origin anonymous so `domtoimg` can render it properly

`domtoimg` seems to have issues with the cross-origin policy of stylesheets that is now fixed by
making it anonymous.
