- Kitchen planning discussion for the conversation of the bedroom on the new side of the house. Just to line it up for Q1 Q2
- Removal of temporary toilet ground floor, reintroduce L shape to the fireplace room. As discussed this is as soon as we get over the line legally.
- Chimney / fireplace removal. Leave the supporting wall for now. Discuss that patch of floor. That will be left. Sure we can think of something.
- Clearing back the garden into lawn space. Near the house. Further out you can knock back the growth as you wish now it's winter, but it's less of a priority but you know weather and land best.
- Trampoline pit and fitted trampoline. Promised to children, we can't wriggle out of that.
- Solar pergola (thing angled shade roof somewhere in the garden plus electics). Just four columns on a 3x3 grid in concrete can discuss this. No planning required for open structures I think within 30m. Main thing is high power cable run back to the property, again, will plan this with you and it's not urgent just might slot in while using the big digger.
- Car charger on the wall discussed through the new pipe if fitted. We will supply and fit the unit once the high amp cable is in place under the cobbles.
We will figure the internal house cable runs now I understand better how to access the void.

[15:45, 30/11/2025] John O'Hare: We are itching to book removals now, hopefully get the final paperwork this coming week but we have danced that dance for about 25 weeks so fingers crossed as you say
