dictionary update sequence element #0 has length 3; 2 is required

I am getting this error when add job with custom arguments. no error without argument

Just notice that this error only occurs when argument value contain "=" sign. is it possible to use = as a part of an argument value

Please help me to fix this issue. tell me what I did wrong in the installation
