QR code size is changed by each label

QR code size is changed by each label
this is cased by the length of the text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add different type and supplier of filament
2. print label for different filaments

Expected behavior
all qr codes should be the same size

i would like to see it as a better approach to make the qr label size as fixed size.

New label designer in the new frontend in 0.26.0, see if that works better.
