We've been including a bunch of instructions sheets with each of the orders, but I think it'd be useful to include a link on them to the PDF so that hospitals can print off more if they need to.

I can generate a bit.ly link to the file in github, or we could copy them over to the website and have them at visors.doesliverpool.com/instructions.pdf or similar...
