The NYT says that if getting covid is inevitable for many of us, we might as well stock up and prepare for it.

The main lesson is to log your symptoms so you can work out your trajectory of the condition, and whether the endless days of misery up and down are taking a consistent turn for the worse.

One of the handy gadgets is a pulse oximeter to give your oxygen levels. There are a number on sale for about £20 at argos and other places.

Which? has an article about them, but they seem to have forgotten that they're supposed to do consumer evaluations and tell us which one to buy.

I'm going to order a couple, compare them and make them available to anyone who wants to borrow them. We ought to do the same for thermometers.
