User story

As a user with character items to trade, i must be able to pick an item i've browsed for and offer an item in exchange for it.

Narrative

After browsing for an item i desire (see #366), i opt to create an offer for the item. i am presented with all the items that are valid trade offers (items with the same rarity). I select the item and choose to send the offer. If the user accepts the offer the items are exchanged.
