Add Winter Code Camp details

It seems like Winter Code Camp is missing.

I'd like to use some of Sujin's designs from her brochure for the page. Maybe divide the curriculum section into two divs 6 each of:

1. Launch: workshop (short description with link to djangogirls.org/seoul)/li>
2. Take off: code camp 1 (with curriculum)

div col-md-12: the portfolios section's title we can change to "3. Land: student portfolios/projects"
