Update Pictoralist to use IRIs instead of comparator labels and display names

refer to #446 for the changes made to the knwoledge base and SCAFFOLD to temporarily address the bug in image generation. If we want to use pictoralist in future a better solution would be to use comparator IRIs for the logic instead of labels and display names.
