Supporting Next.js 12 Routes

Hi, I think this project is very cool! Is there any reason why you're not supporting the visualizer for pages/ directory? I think this feature can be very beneficial for projects that haven't migrated to the latest version yet.

You should be able to reuse some of the utility functions. I separated everything into different files, almost too much in my opinion...
The hard part really is getting the coordinates of react flow right.
