Navigation skills error on Android 5

I tried using the navigation skill on an emulated android 5 (api 21) device and got this error report:

String.codePoints() isn't available in api 21
Google is requiring minSdkVersion 35 now, and I don't see any way around that. I disagree with that decision, but Google's doing a lot of that right now. They are blocking out 40% of their users. We may have to change that, at least for the Play Store version.
