Triaged against current origin/main (0e1af7d8). Skipping this in the low-effort pass because only part of the requested LLM stability matrix is implemented and testable today.

What the repo does cover right now:

• model loading / unavailable-runtime failures
• runtime fallback selection
• cancellation before runtime preparation
• compatibility and memory-budget blocking for local packages
• warmup path selection between installed LiteRT and downloaded packages

Evidence:

What is still missing for truthful closure of this issue:

• explicit context-overflow handling coverage
• summary generation verification tied to this stability matrix
• very long meeting / large prompt stability coverage
• offline-mode execution verification beyond model catalog intent routing
• low-battery-mode behavior or gating

Conclusion:

• this issue is broader than the currently implemented deterministic seams
• it should stay open until the missing runtime behaviors exist or the issue is split down to the stability paths the repo actually exposes today
