Collection Project Configure Tag: Provide Drop-Down

Current Behavior

Support for Collection Projects is being added to the upcoming v4.13.0 release. The "Project Collection Logic" includes support for aggregating data of children using a tag.

The field does work: type in a tag then it will be used. However, the field behaviour has an inconsistency with the "normal" tags field displayed on the same dialog... which provides a drop-down list of suggestions to match what is typed in the field.

Proposed Behavior

The field in which a tag can be specified to "Aggregate data of children with this tag" should provide a drop-down with suggestions.
