Code maintenance

Hi,

I was trying to use SpecAugment (just run a simple augmentation for now).
I was able to install the package, but it seems to have many code issues like typos and other small bugs.
Is there a working instance of this project?
I saw other people get similar errors here.
For example the import problem caused by the capital letter package name import. (import Specaugment vs import specaugment).
Im trying to run SpecAugment on AWS SageMaker environment with pytorch.

It'll be great to get a new link or an easy fix.

It seems that they are not maintaining this package any longer, if you have tensorflow with version 2.0 you can't use this.
