Add a rule to make the dag for the whole workflow

Can we add a rule for making the dag? I always forget the command, so it would be nice to just type snakemake makeDag and then we get the updated dag. I think the code below should work for the shell command

snakemake --dag <rule> | dot -Tpdf > dag.pdf
