techTags = ['HYD','BIO','CCG','CTG','URN','COA','COC']

We are only wanting to tag dispatchable technologies to be able to contribute towards the reserve margin (which is the list shown). We can create this list from the existing parameters in the config.yaml file (ie. PWR_techs - Variable_techs = RM_Techs
