Pick a project from market.dev
Add Compose file if it doesn't already have it.
Add a 1-click deploy button following https://docs.defang.io/docs/tutorials/adding-custom-one-click-deploy
Test deployment to Playground
Show how to deploy to BYOC

@Prakash-Sundaresan I moved this to samples since I think it should show up in samples, though we can test the flow in its own repo.
