• Transcript input now requires ID as rownames, not first column.
• Workflow in wiki might need an update now that mapDomainToTranscript does both: 1. convert to GRList, and 2. create a mapping data frame

Check for correct naming

colnames(tx_count)[1] <- "TranscriptID"

May want to change this code so that TranscriptID is assigned to the row names instead of first column, according to this change
