[Bug/UX] Duplication of source databases on restore

It seems when restoring database, the list is duplicated by the amount of how many tables in it so it is a bit confusing. Needs to deduplicate.

I am unable to reproduce this issue, but I recognize that the way the UI displays the list of compatible snapshots can be confusing. This might make it difficult to locate the correct snapshot, particularly because we do not have the exact date for each snapshot.

To address this, I submitted the following pull request: PR #60.

In this PR, I aimed to improve the restore modal's user experience, which may also help with the issue you mentioned in Issue #52.
