Document quantization configuration options #2006
Description
Some integrations support quantization of collected data, to allow filtering out sensitive details or to remove unnecessary data from collection.
Today these options are not thoroughly documented.
We should expand our documentation around quantization options, and possibly condense common options in a dedicated "Quantization" section of the documentation.
