WES server tests no longer pass #5332
Description
Since merging #5268, the WES server bench and actual-workflow-running tests no longer pass.
It looks like the problem is that the way to get and use a test client has changed with the Connexion 3 upgrade. It now should come from the main Connexion app and not the Flask app, and it implements the httpx client interface instead of whatever it used to implement.
I assumed that somebody had run the tests for the server during the Connexion 3 refactor, but apparently nobody did, and they aren't set to run in CI on PRs where server code is modified.
