TODO:

• fix pandas FutureWarning with the dataframes append method
• seams that libmpfr and libgmp are missing with python 10?
• tests are lagging (for the latests PRs at least)
• environment.yml needs an update
• pass to github action, I think CI is broken now
• remove code analytics, too noisy
• host the jupyter book on readthedocs now that it's possible
• rename master to main to align with current practices
• update build method to setuptools (mainly regarding the cpp code)
