Airbyte reset for a particular stream.

This came up with Avanti fellows that I wanted to reset the particular stream for them since they have too many streams but there was no option to do it from the Dalgo UI and they wanted to do this from their end. So I had to this from backend for them. This can be useful to some orgs. Sneha, Noora and for Atecf I would want this.
