[Bug] New user signup

Description

The signup flow is confusing for new users. In a new installation, a user is able to signup, get verification email and is able to verify email. However, when they login, the /pipeline page is blank (white) without any alert box. When you inspect page, the error is create organisation first. However, there is no form for the user to create the organization and the user remains stuck in the blank page. To get out of that, the user has to clear application storage on the browser

Goals

• Document a clear way of how users are added to the platform
  • This can be by either disabling the signup page so that the users are created through invitation only
  • Improve signup page to include name of organization so that when user is created, an organization is also created
