Screen flickering in weird colors when autobooting directly on console powering on

When using the autoboot option of Twilight Menu++ on console startup, the screen has a weird tint and sometimes even flickers in other colors. This doesn't occur when launching Twilight Menu++ normally from the 3DS Home Menu.

The system is homebrewed with Luma v13.3.
The console I am using is the New Nintendo 2DS XL with the Firmware Version 11.17.0-50E

TWiLight Menu++ Version: v27.12.4 Stable (Downloaded from Universal Updater)
TWiLight Menu++ Theme: WoodUI (But I tested it with any theme, it occurs always)

Expected behavior

The screen should be in a normal color.

Actual behavior

The screen has a weird tint and flickers in other colors sometimes

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Luma autoboot in Twilight Menu++
2. Turn off console.
3. Turn on console and wait for it to boot into Twilight Menu++
