[Feature Request] Add more font glyph in romsel_r4theme/nitrofiles/graphics/font/ds.nftr

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

R4-like themes, such as R4 theme and Wood ui theme use small.nftr and ds.nftr.

However, It only supports only ascii-range and little bit of japanese, chinese, korean, So most of chracters are only shown as ?.

Describe the solution you'd like
Can we add more japanese, chinese and korean font glyphs?

I think we can easily make with Galmuri and Crystaltile2.

Additional context
If it is releated with limit of console (such as ROM size), please close my issue.

If not, I'll make an PR.
