Slot 1 Icon on DSi Menu Theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I only want to use TWiLightMenu for emulation and GBA games. I still want to use my DS games through Slot 1, however the only option is to use the Classic DS Menu. The problem with this though is it feels very hacky. I don't see why I need to switch menu like that. What I would like is for a more vanilla experience. Basically a "what if the DSi had Virtual Console" type thing.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Slot-1 Icon on the DSi Menu Theme. Installed DSiWare would be nice too.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only other options would be to have emulated game forwarders on the stock DSi Menu, or to have a generic "Virtual Console" icon on the stock DSi Menu which then loads perhaps a custom themed TWiLightMenu. The effect I want is just to have games from SD and my Slot-1 icon on the same menu. Doesn't really matter how.

Additional context
I'm really weird about buying and using official DS games because I had a flashcard as a child and I feel like I missed out on the "true" experience and I'm very bitter about it.

You can launch Slot-1 from the SELECT menu (which is integrated into the DSi theme as a dialog box instead of being a separate menu) if you set the DSi/Saturn: SELECT setting in GUI settings to SELECT Menu
For having Slot-1 selectable in the row, that has been requested in #1121
