Depending on the environment it is running in, this would either dump the DSi BIOS in DSi mode and DS BIOS in DS mode. Would be really nice to not use dsbf_dump anymore.

dgTool, a fork of fwTool from back when it was open source, has the DS arm7 function: https://github.com/lifehackerhansol/dgTool/tree/master/firmware/nds/dgTool
