Move fingerprinting into pipeline #67
Description
Currently, the fingerprinting script is independent of the pipelines. This was done to reduce development effort (no optional changes of the pipe-graph), but at the cost of an additional read-in of the BAM.
- Add fingerprinting to pipe-graph.
