Description
I think the logo for Pro Skater 5 is Upbolters New Italic Bold. They HEAVILY modified the font, changing the R to give it a round-shaped inner curve, reorganizing the letters to "glue" them together, stretching some as well, and give some characters strokes (N, ', R, O, K, T and 5).
It may not be this exact one, but it's the closest we'll get. Also, it was released in early 2015- if the Tony Hawk World project was cut short pretty late, they may have found a (at the time) new font and figured it could work.
