FDS Injection bugged on 1.5

I went to inject in Mysterious Murasame Castle, specifically the english fan translation of it but it seems FDS-games still seem to be buggy, and even unplayable on real hardware.

• Fan-patched rom (fds-format): Can't advance past the disc swap promp as it freezes on broken text:

• Original game rom (qd-format): Boots on Dolphin, but shows glitched graphics.
  

On my Wii through Nintendon't, the game instead boots me back to title screen of Animal Crossing.
