Crop ratio not working and loading slow crop

I want to make ratios like Instagram, 1:1, 1:7, 1:5 and so on. When I set 1:1 the crop size is not a perfect square, for example the original size of the image is 1000px x 900px and I want it to be automatically cropped if it is less than the minimum number, for example 900px x 900px but with the maximum value I set 1024px x 1024px so that when the image is above 2000px it will automatically be 1024px x 1024px but when the image size is 1:1 from the default there is no need to crop it because it is already a perfect square as long as it doesn't exceed the limit I set at 1024px x 1024px
