ccline — AI at your shell prompt, a terminal companion for IT tools workflows

Hey IT Tools users!

IT Tools is great for one-off conversions and utilities in the browser. I built the terminal equivalent: ccline puts Claude right at your shell prompt for quick command questions.

$ base64 encode this string: hello world
→ Use the base64 command:
  echo -n "hello world" | base64

Commands found — run it?
❯ echo -n "hello world" | base64
  ✗ Cancel

$ generate a random uuid
→ Use uuidgen:
  uuidgen

Commands found — run it?
❯ uuidgen
  ✗ Cancel

ccline hooks into command_not_found_handler — type your question at the prompt instead of opening a browser tab. Your normal shell commands are completely unaffected.
